Peyton had touched so many peoples live throughout her short, yet very memorable life. Everyone who came into her life instantly fell in love. Peyton’s life would seem too short to many but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of life far exceeds the quantity of time in which you live it. Her smile could melt the hearts of those around her.
Although Peyton’s illness made her seem frail, she had incredible strength and perseverance. Peyton loved being held and played with. She could spend hours playing on the floor with her toys, siblings, and grandparents. Some of her favorite things were the tags on her stuffed animals, noisy balls and books to flip through the pages over and over. There was hardly a time where she didn’t have a smile on her face.
Although we will miss her dearly she will forever remain in our hearts. We are thankful for the time we got to spend with her.
Peyton leaves behind a great team of doctors and nurses at Levine children’s hospital and specialty center that provided love and support that enhanced her quality of life. All of these special people provided her with love and dignity in her life.
