Condolence From: Mary Beth Hughes
Condolence: I was one of Penny's many co-workers at Catawba Nuclear Station. We worked long hours, especially outages, and I can still see Penny in the Hot Lab running borons or calling the Control Room with lab results. I enjoyed working with her over the years and missed her when she retired. We reconnected at a couple of Duke Retiree meetings and had a blast talking about our nuclear days and rejoicing that we lived long enough to retire. Heartfelt condolences to her family.
